This DMCA Policy was last revised and shall become effective as of

OneStart Technologies (“OneStart”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, OneStart Technologies will promptly address any claims of copyright infringement reported through the OneStart.ai website (the “Site”). To submit a claim, please email to OneStart’s designated Copyright Contact as outlined in the sample notice below.
If you are a copyright owner, an authorized representative, or hold exclusive rights under copyright, please report any alleged copyright infringement taking place on or through the Site by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and emailing it to OneStart’s Copyright Contact. Upon receiving the notice, OneStart Technologies will take appropriate action, at its sole discretion, which may include removing the disputed content from the Site.
Important Notice
When filing a DMCA notice, ensure that all requirements are met. If additional information is needed to complete your DMCA notice, please provide it promptly. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your DMCA notice not being processed.
Additionally, ensure that all information you provide is accurate. Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed due to mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or provide a representative list of the works if multiple are involved.
- Identify the infringing material or link and provide the URL or exact location of the content on the Site that you claim is infringing.
- Include your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
- Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
- “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
- “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
- “I acknowledge that under Section 512(f) any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.”
5. Provide your full legal name and either an electronic or physical signature.
